Welcome to MamaExch. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and MamaExch ("we", "us", "the Platform") in respect of your use of the MamaExch online gaming platform accessible at mamaexch.app and any associated mobile applications or services.

MamaExch operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform designed specifically for Pakistani players. All services are offered in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are intended for use by adults residing in or accessing the platform from Pakistan. By creating an account on MamaExch, depositing funds or placing any bet or game round, you agree unconditionally to these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the MamaExch platform. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically as these Terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

To register and use MamaExch, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. MamaExch operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• You must be a natural person — corporations, partnerships and other legal entities may not hold player accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or close family member of any employee of MamaExch or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously suspended or permanently banned from MamaExch for any reason.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment — accounts held or operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

MamaExch reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Players who are unable to provide satisfactory proof of age when requested will have their accounts suspended and access to funds withheld pending verification. We take underage gambling very seriously and operate proactive checks to prevent it.

Each player is permitted to hold one MamaExch account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names or using different mobile numbers or email addresses — is strictly prohibited. MamaExch uses technical and manual controls to detect duplicate registrations and accounts found to be in violation will be permanently suspended with all associated balances forfeited.

When registering your MamaExch account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number and any additional identity information that MamaExch may request for the purpose of account verification, fraud prevention or compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. MamaExch will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

• Use a strong, unique password for your MamaExch account — do not reuse passwords from other services.
• Never share your login credentials with friends, family members or anyone else, regardless of the circumstances.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact MamaExch support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Notify MamaExch promptly if your registered mobile number changes so your account can be updated.

MamaExch reserves the right to suspend any account at any time pending identity verification. Players are required to cooperate fully with any verification request, including providing copies of identity documents when requested. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in permanent account closure.

MamaExch accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. No currency other than PKR is accepted and MamaExch does not apply any deposit processing fees.

All deposited funds must be your own — MamaExch does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, shared wallets or any funding source that does not belong solely to the registered account holder. Deposits made from third-party sources may be returned, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

MamaExch reserves the right to impose daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on any account as part of our responsible gaming obligations or fraud prevention procedures. Players may also voluntarily set lower deposit limits on their own accounts at any time through the account settings.

MamaExch processes withdrawal requests in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawals are processed on a priority basis and most verified accounts receive funds within 5 to 30 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within 2 to 4 hours for IBFT bank transfers.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal exceeding Rs 10,000 will be processed.
• Any active bonus funds must meet their associated wagering requirements before the bonus balance or winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account or number registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• MamaExch reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• In cases where MamaExch suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering or bonus abuse, withdrawal processing may be delayed pending investigation.

MamaExch does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Any fees applied by your bank or payment provider are outside our control and are the responsibility of the player. If a withdrawal cannot be processed to your originally chosen method, MamaExch support will contact you to arrange an alternative.

MamaExch offers various promotional bonuses including but not limited to: a 100% first deposit welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback promotions and referral bonuses. All promotions are subject to the general terms below as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirement: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 10× the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 10,000 of qualifying bets before withdrawal.
• Minimum Odds for Qualifying Bets: Only bets placed at odds of 1.5 or higher contribute fully to wagering requirements. Bets at lower odds do not contribute.
• Game Contribution: Sports betting and live casino bets contribute 100%. Slots contribute 100%. Certain game types may contribute at a reduced rate — check the specific promotion page for details.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, unless stated otherwise. Uncompleted bonuses expire automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active deposit bonus at a time. Claiming a new deposit bonus while a previous bonus is still active is not permitted.
• Welcome Bonus: The 100% first deposit welcome bonus applies to a player's first qualifying deposit only. Subsequent deposits do not qualify for the welcome bonus regardless of circumstances.

All bets placed on MamaExch are subject to the general betting rules described in this section and any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the relevant product pages. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these rules.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. MamaExch reserves the right to suspend or restrict betting markets at any time without prior notice.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by MamaExch, it cannot be cancelled, reversed or amended by the player. Please verify all bet details carefully before confirming.
• MamaExch reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a system error, data feed error or human error. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the player's wallet in full.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, bets are handled according to the specific rules for that sport. Generally, if a match does not complete within 24 hours of its scheduled start time, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply on a per-market and per-event basis. These limits may be adjusted without notice and may differ between players based on account history and betting patterns.
• MamaExch reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets to Rs 5,000,000 (Rs 50 lakh) regardless of the stated odds and stake.
• Bets placed using obvious system errors in the odds are not binding on MamaExch and will be voided even if initially accepted by our automated systems.

MamaExch is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. All casino games, virtual sports simulations and random outcome games on MamaExch use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently tested and audited by third-party technical testing laboratories.

The RNG certification ensures that:

• Game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted by MamaExch, its employees or any third party.
• The probability of each outcome matches the stated Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game.
• Historical results do not influence future results — each game round is entirely independent of previous rounds.
• The system cannot be manipulated by any party, including MamaExch staff, after certification.

RTP percentages and audit certification details are available upon request from MamaExch customer support. We encourage players to review this information if they have questions about the fairness of any specific game.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on MamaExch and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registration of more than one account by a single individual.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Any form of match fixing, spot fixing or knowingly betting on events where the outcome has been predetermined.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any such advantage gained must be reported to MamaExch immediately and resulting winnings may be voided.
• Fraudulent chargebacks on payment methods used to deposit funds.
• Money laundering or using MamaExch to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing MamaExch staff or other players via any communication channel.

MamaExch operates a Refer a Friend programme that allows existing players to earn PKR bonuses by successfully referring new players to the platform. Participation in the referral programme is subject to the following specific terms:

• Referred friends must be genuinely new MamaExch players — the referral programme cannot be used to refer yourself or to create fictitious accounts.
• The referring player's unique referral link must be used during the new player's registration for the referral to be tracked and credited.
• A qualifying referral requires the referred player to make a first deposit of at least Rs 500 within 30 days of registration.
• Referral bonuses are credited to the referring player's wallet within minutes of the qualifying deposit being confirmed.
• Referral bonus amounts vary by tier — Starter (Rs 500), Silver (Rs 750) and Gold (Rs 1,000) — with tier determined by cumulative active referral count.
• MamaExch reserves the right to withhold, reverse or forfeit referral bonuses where abuse of the referral system is detected or suspected.
• Coordinated referral abuse — including the creation of networks of accounts for the purpose of generating referral bonuses without genuine play — will result in the suspension of all accounts involved and forfeiture of all associated balances.

MamaExch collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices at MamaExch include:

• Personal data collected during registration and verification is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention and regulatory compliance.
• Transaction data is retained for a minimum period as required for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
• MamaExch uses industry-standard SSL encryption for all data transmission between your device and our servers.
• We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketing companies.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data by contacting MamaExch support — subject to legal retention requirements.

MamaExch provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to all services at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MamaExch excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue or data arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses resulting from system downtime, maintenance periods or technical faults outside MamaExch's reasonable control.
• Any damage to your device, software or data resulting from your access to or download of content from the MamaExch platform.
• Decisions made by players in respect of their own betting strategy — MamaExch accepts no responsibility for gambling losses sustained by players.
• Interruptions to live betting markets caused by third-party data feed outages, sporting event decisions or broadcasting issues.

MamaExch's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to MamaExch in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits MamaExch's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

MamaExch reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal activity.
• The account holder has provided false, misleading or incomplete registration information.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to MamaExch, its other players or its payment service providers.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion under our responsible gaming programme.

Players who wish to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting MamaExch customer support. Where a player account is closed voluntarily with a positive balance, any real-money (non-bonus) balance will be returned to the player's last-used withdrawal method after verification. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Players may also request temporary account suspension under our responsible gaming programme. Temporary suspensions can be set for periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months. During a temporary suspension, the account cannot be used to deposit, bet or withdraw, and MamaExch will not approve any request to lift the suspension before the chosen period expires.

MamaExch reserves the right to update, amend or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required urgently for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

The most recent version of these Terms will always be published at mamaexch.app/terms-conditions with the "last updated" date clearly displayed at the top of the document. Your continued use of MamaExch after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
